Ballast bonding system
Our epoxy resin-based, residual moisture-stable binder GREBOPOX® is used as well as temporary and permanent bonding of railway ballast and gravel in track and road construction and has been approved by the Federal Railway Authority for many years.
Product properties
- Specially developed for outdoor usage areas
- Good moisture stability even with matt damp stones
- Useable from up to 2 °C
- Fulfill the requirements of DIN EN 13501:A2fl-s1 in conjunction with natural stone and can be used in tunnels on the tracks of the Deutsche Bahn
- Good processing time with rapid curing at the same time

Terra System GmbH – has agreed an exclusive cooperation agreement with Gremmler Bauchemie GmbH and has been working exclusively with GREBOPOX® as a ballast bonding resin since 2012.
